You may return merchandise for a refund of the product price, or exchange, if the return is made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Refunds will exclude any return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (after 14 days). You are responsible for all shipping charges for return shipping, except for out of box failures deemed failures by Customer Care.
